Hello there. My name is Shannon Yan. I’m a professional Chinese teacher and language coach. Having had 20 years as a head teacher in China I’m now living in London and available to give one to one tuition to individuals and to small groups for Business.

So the first thing I want to let you know is that this experience won’t be ‘death by tape recording’. I’ll be your able assistant! To learn Chinese might seem like a daunting challenge but let me assure you that it isn’t. Taught properly Chinese can be elegantly simple. You will just need to learn a few basic patterns with me to start with.
